NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITIONS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That there were filed in
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on the ,$ Z day
of
Su /ye
, 1961, Petitions entitled "In Re the Organization
of Little Thompson Valley Water District, Weld, Larimer and
Boulder Counties, Colorado", which Petitions pray for the organ-
ization of a water district. Said Petitions are now on file at
the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Weld County,
Colorado, in Greeley, Colorado, and are available for public
inspection.
The purpose of the District is to provide a complete
water supply, treatment and distribution system for the District
and its inhabitants.
The estimated cost of the proposed improvements is
the amount of $2,000,000.
The proposed District is located in Weld, Larimer and
Boulder Counties, Colorado, and the property to be included
therein is described as follows:
