NOTICE
TO: ALL DEPARTMENT HEADS
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
Re: Annual Inventory
Under 36 - 8 - 1 to 36 - 8 - 6, Colorado Revised Statutes,
1965, an inventory of all capital property of the County, both
real and personal of the value of Ten Dollars or more is to be
made and filed with the Board of County Commissioners by March 1,
1965.
Capital property is any property used permanently by the County,
but shall not include supplies consumed in the current operations
of the County.
The inventory must show items of furniture and equipment with
serial numbers, and indicate added to or deleted items from prev-
ious inventory.
Those department heads that have complied with said annual
inventory notice, please note and return. Those department
heads that have not complied with said annual inventory as by
law required, please complete and file with the Board of County
Commissioners by May 10, 1965.
