Good Morning, DWR has reviewed the referral for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for Oil and Gas Support and Service (truck parking and equipment storage) which does not appear to qualify as a "subdivision" as defined in section 30-28-101(10)(a), C.R.S. Therefore, pursuant to the State Engineer's March 4, 2005 and March 11, 2011 memorandums to county planning directors, this office only performed a cursory review of the referral information. Upon review, it appears that the proposed water supply source for the property is service provided by a tap with the Central Weld County Water District and water bottle and portable toilets will be provided for the employees when on -site. According to our records, there are no permitted wells on the subject property. Therefore our office has no comments on the water supply for this project.
