The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Saitech Inc. out of
Fremont, CA proposed the lowest cost solution of $107,979.90 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400061 - VMware
Maintenance Weld to Saitech Inc., for a total amount of $107,979.90.
