Facility: SLW RNCH B12 ECONODE T5N-R64W-S12 L02 Well Production Facility NESW Section 12, T5N, R64W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Noble Energy, Inc. submitted this modification to redevelop site specific VOC and HAP emission factors for fourteen (14) 500 barrel condensate storage vessels located at a well production facility in the severe ozone nonattainment area in accordance with the initial sampling requirements in the previous issuance of this permit. These condensate vessels receive liquid from the vapor recovery tower at the facility. Emissions from the condensate storage vessels are routed to two (2) Cimarron 3-48HV-90 and one (1) COMM 200 Enclosed Combustion Devices. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of VOC under the NANSR and Title V programs. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of NOx under the NANSR and Title V programs. The facility is considered a synthetic minor source of n -Hexane under the Title V programs.
