These Points are 012 (24WE0209, condensate tank), 013 (24WE0210, produced water tank), and 014 (24WE0211, condensate loadout). The facility is in the Northern Weld County serious nonattainment area. The division will receive and consider written public comments for thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice.
