3 Rule violations marks with an asterisk (*), if repeated or willful, as well as your failure to reply to this
notice, may result in the imposition of monetary forfeitures. (See Section 510 of the Communications Act) Also,
any rule violation, if repeated or willful, may result in the revocation of your station license or suspension of
operator license. (See Sections 312 and 303(m) of the Communications Act and Section 1.89 of the Commission's
Rules)
nRule violations, if repeated or willful, as well as your failure to reply to this notice, may result either in
the imposition of monetary forfeitures or in the revocation of your station license. (See Sections 312 and 503 of
the Communications Act and Section 1.89 of the Commission's Rules)
This refers to your failure to submit a response to the captioned Official Notice of Violation calling your attention
to the following irregularities: Non-compliance with the Commission's Rules Governing Public
Safety Radio Services as follows:
(1) Section 89.175(c) in that station records are not being maintained stating
the name or names of persons responsible for the operation of the transmitting equip-
ment each day, together with the period of their duty. (Each such person she» sign,
not initial, the record both when coming on duty and when going off duty.)
(2) Section 89.175(e) in that station records are not being maintained to
indicate that the tower light inspection required to be made pursuant to Section
89.171 has been accomplished.
In addition, by reason of your failure to respond to the above -mentioned Official Notice of Violation, you have vio-
lated Section 1.89 of the Commission's rules.
You are again requested to submit a reply to the above -mentioned Official Notice of Violation. Your reply should be
mailed within ten days from your receipt of this letter to FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION at the address
shown above and should contain an explanation of your failure to file a timely response to the Official Notice of Vio-
lation. Additionally, a full explanation of each of the violations set forth in the Official Notice of Violation and a
detailed statement of the action taken to prevent a continuation or recurrence of each violation alleged to have occurred
should be included.
Your failure to reply to this letter within the above -mentioned ten-day period may result in the imposition of forfei-
tures, the revocation of your radio station license, or both. The knowing and willful making of any false statement in
reply to this NOTICE is punishable by fine or imprisonment under Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001.

Commission requirement for inspection and maintenance
of tower lighting and associated equipment, on our
tower, on which your base station antenna Is mounted.
Please be advise that, as tower owwer,
that Empire Dispatch, Inc. assumes t.he resnonsibility
for maintaining and inspecting the tower lighting and
beacons or top lights as required by section 17.37 and
for maintaining ancronriate inspection record ^ as
required by section 17.38 of the Rules.
