Nursing Home to bring it into comFlian e with the city of Greeley's
code and the State F al th Department requirements.
After studying all of y:ur suggested improvements for. said compliance
it is our opinion that your evaluation is sound and realistic.. We feel
the suggestions are geed fundeme cal improvements.
We now accept the required improvements as necessary and with the know-
ledge that when these ik.rovements and/or additions are eumpleted the
Weld County Nursing Home gill be in full compliaece with the Nursing
Home regulations insofar as the structure is concerned. ='' this in
