TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE
NUMBER 257:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Certificate Number 257 of the 1957 tax sale
for the 1956 taxes on improvements on railroad right-of-way located at Keota
with the taxes for 1957 to 1966 inclusive endorsed thereon, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interest of the County to cancel said tax sale
certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be
and he is hetgyoyhorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate Number 257
of the 1957 or tHe taxes on improvement on a railroad right-of-way located
at Keota with the taxes for 1957 to 1966 inclusive endorsed thereon.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
