WHEREAS, Left Hand Water Association, Box 146, Niwot,
Colorado, has requested permission for the erection of a two -million
gallon storage reservoir facility on the following described property,
to -wit:
A parcel of land located in the NW4 of
the NW+ of Section 22, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the said requested water storage reservoir facility
is located in an agricultural zone as set forth by the Weld County
Zoning Resolution, and
WHEREAS, according to the Zoning Resolution of Weld County,
said water storage reservoir facility may be permitted on the approval
of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
that such water storage reservoir facility be approved by Resolution dated
May 12, 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Left Hand Water
Association, Box 146, Niwot, Colorado, is hereby granted permission to
erect a two -million gallon water storage reservoir facility on the following
described property, to -wit:
A parcel of land located in the NW4 of
the NW4 of Section 22, Township 1 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
as provided by the Zoning Resolution of Weld County, Colorado.
