TO REZONE LOTS 1 AND 2 IN BLOCK 16 FIRST ADDITION TO HIGHLAND HILLS:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
that Lots 1 and 2 in Block 16 in the First Addition to Highland Hills
be rezoned from "E" Estate to "T" Transitional Zone, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado believes it to be to the best interests of Weld County to
rezone the above area,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Lots 1 and 2 in Block 16
in the First Addition to Highland Hills be rezoned from "E" Estate to
"T" Transitional Zone.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
