A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF AREAS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
THE BUILDING CODE RESOLUTION OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, pursuant to C.R.S., 1963, 36-15-S, that
notice be hereby given of the Building Code Resolution of Weld
County, Colorado, as adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, on the

All area in the County of Weld now covered by the Weld
County Zoning Resolution and not embraced within the limits
of any incorporated city or town, except that said Resolution
shall not apply to any area not subdivided for building
purposes by a plat duly recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Recorder of ,the County of Weld without a
petition to the County Commissioners requesting a Code signed
and duly acknowledged by the owner or owners of any such
unsubdivided area.

Gentlemen:
At the regular meeting of the Weld County Planning Commission
on June 6, 1966, the following Resolution was made.
George Mosier made a resolution that the Weld County Planning
Commission recommend to the Board cf County Commissioners the
adoption of the Uniform Building Code.
The motion was seconded by Leonard Bartels.
Unanimously carried.

NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, will hold a proper hearing upon the adoption
of a Uniform Building Code for the areas of Weld County, Colorado,
that are properly zoned, excepting buildings or structures used
for the sole purpose of providing shelter for agricultural
implements, farm products, livestock or poultry where permitted
under the existing zoning regulations shall be exempt from the
provisions of this resolution.
Said hearing will be held in the Office of the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County Court House, Greeley, Colorado on
August 17, 1966 at the hour of 11:00 A. M.
