County, Colorado , which property the petitioner alleges is the property of said bank ; the Court having duly considered the verified petition on file 270003 -t- in this cause, and two general o iicers and directors of State Bark of Raymer, New Raymer, Colorado, having signed written waivers of notice of hearing on said petition and requested that the prayer of the petition be granted; the Court being now sufficiently advised in the rremises finds that the statements of petitioner are true and that it would be for the jest interests of the creditors of said bank to allow petitioner to sell said property, and that the prayer of the petition should be granted. NOW, 'HEEEFORE, the Court doth hereby authorize and empower petitioner through his Special Deputy, Frank Horan, to accept the offer of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , of the sum of '800.00 as the purchase price in full for Lots 16 and 17 in Block 10, Baldwin and WhittierTs Addition to the Town of Raymer, Weld County, Colo- rado, and upon receipt of the sum of $800.00 paid by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, to make, exe- cute and deliver to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, or to the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as directed and requested by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado , a good and sufficient deed without covenants of warranty conveying the said property.
