BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby remise, release and convey all right, title and
interest to Ovid Plumb in the herein described lands:

64 West of the 6th P. M., described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the West Boundary of Section 7, Township 5 North,
Range 64 West of the 6th P. M., 1866 feet south of the northwest
corner of the section, traversing north 34° 44' east for 213 feet;
thence north 0° 05' west for 207 feet; thence north 27° 32' east

According to our records Weld County, Colorado acquired 5.8 acres in the
NW-, also all that part of the NW+ lying North and West of the South branch
of the Platte River as it crosses said quarter section, in Section 7, Township
5 North, Range 64 Vest of the 6th P.M., from Emily W. Plumb by virtue of
Warranty Deed dated July 2, 1935 and recorded July 18, 1935 in Book 980 at
page 270 of the Weld C unty ecords. r It appears that the County still owns

It also appears that Weld County, Colorado still owns Part of the F of the
Stir of Section 6, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.N., lying
:.j .. South of the South bank of the Platte River, containing 16.3 acres more or
less. The County did not receive any of the minerals under this parcel. It
was acquired from K. Osaki by virtue of Warranty Deed dated February 21,
1935 and recorded May 16, 1935 in Book 977 at page 457 of the Weld County
Records. f
It also appears that Weld County, Colorado still owns part of the S of the
SE+ of Section 6, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th r.y., lying
-'out'r• of the North bank of the North branch of Platte River and North of the
South bank of the South branch of Platte River, Fxcept all minerals, contain-
ing 28.5. acres more or less. The parcel was acquired from Harvey E. iiitwer by
virtue of Warranty Deed dated February 21, 1935 and recorded May 16, 1935 In
Book 977 at page 458 of the Weld County Records.
