AUTHORIZING CHAIRMAN TO SIGN QUIT CLAIM DEED:
WHEREAS, Alverda Howe has expressed a desire to purchase
lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 10, Second Addition, Buckingham, Colorado,
and has tendered a check in the amount of $250.00 for purchase
of same, and deed to be made to Gerwood L. Ducker, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado feels that it is to the best interests of Weld County to
sell the aforementioned lots to Alverda Howe,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board
of County Commissioners be, and he is hereby authorized to sign
quit claim deed conveying the aforementioned property to
Gerwood L. Ducker, 11039 Ogden, Denver, Colorado.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the followin vote:

QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this twenty-fourth day of November, in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-one, between WELD COUNTY, a municipal
corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its respective interests, of the COUNTY OF
WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and GERWOOD L. DUCKER, of
the COUNTY OF DENVER, and STATE OF COLORADO, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, and in consideration
of the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 dollars, to the said party of
the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released,
sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release,
sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the second part, all the
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the first
part has in and to the following d3scribed real estate situate, lying and
being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit:
Lots four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Ten
(10), Second Addition to the Town of Buckingham,
Weld County, Colorado, all situate in the Northeast
quarter (NEt) of Section Thirty-three (33),
Township Eight (8), North of Range Fifty-nine (59)
West of the 6th P.M.; however, specifically except-
ing and reserving unto the party of the first
part all the oil, gas, and other minerals lying
in and under said premises;
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatso-
ever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this Twenty-fourth day of November, A. D. 1961,
by WELD COUNTY', a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of
the STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its respective
interests.
