Lupton, Colorado Dear Sir: Reference is made to your subdivision known as Martin Subdivision, and located in the Southeast quarter (SE D of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.. Weld County, Colorado. If you will recall, on or about July 16, 1969, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted a Resolution approv- ing the filing for record of said subdivision; however, with the stipu- lation that a bond in the sum of $2500.00 be posted to guarantee that alt roads within the subdivision be built in compliance with Weld County road specifications. To the present time, we have no record that such a bond has ever been posted as required. In view of the above. I kindly ask that you accept this letter as notice to you that no building permit will be issued for any structure within said subdivision, unless a bond in the sum of 32500, 00 is posted as required by Order of the Board of Weld County Commissioners.
