We have used 1960 as the base year for percentage analysis pur- poses. Where expenditures were not budgeted until a later year, that year is considered the base year. Fees collected by the Clerk and Recorder, County Treasurer, District Court, County Court, County Sheriff, Probation Department and the Nursing Home for each year are also shown for analysis purposes. The accompanying statements are prepared for budget analysis purposes only. For information as to financial position or results of operations, reference should be made to the audit report for the year in question.
