Re: Denying Re -hearing of Petition of Felix and Lillian DeBuse for
Change of Zone
WHEREAS, petition of Felix and Lillian DeBuse, Route 1, Box 223,
Longmont, Colorado, for Change of Zone from "A" -Agricultural District
to "M -H" -Mobile Home District, of a tract of land located in the E 1/2
of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado, containing 5 acres, more or less, for a
proposed trailer court was denied by Resolution dated December 20, 1967,
and,
WHEREAS, a re -hearing has been requested of the matter, and
WHEREAS, The Board has reviewed the evidence and testimony that
was adduced at the hearing heretofore held on December 13, 1967, covering
this matter, and
WHEREAS, The Board being fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the request of Felix and
Lillian DeBuse, Route 1, Box 223, Longmont, Colorado, for re -hearing of
the hereinabove mentioned peition for change of zone from "A" -Agricultural
District to "M -H" Mobile Home District for a proposed trailer court on said
land indicated above be, and it hereby is denied.
Made and entered into this 6th day of March, 1968

Gentlemen:
On February 20, 1968, I wrote to you as attorney for
Felix and Lillian DeBuse, Route 1, Box 223, Longmont, Colorado,
asking for a re -hearing on the zoning from Zone "A" Agri-
cultural District to Zone "M -H" Mobile Home District. The
tract of land involved is located in the EiNW* of Section 29,
Township 3 North, Range 68, and contains five acres.
May I be informed of your decision as soon as possible.

Gentlemen:
I represent Felix and Lillian DeBuse, Route 1, Box 223, Longmont,
Colorado. My clients had requested a zone change from Zone "A", Agri-
cultural District, to Zone "M-H",Mobile Home District, on a tract of
land located in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EzNW4) of
Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Three (3) North, Range Sixty-eight
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, containing five acre,
more or less,for a proposed trailer court. The hearing on this
matter was held December 13, 1967; and on December 30, 1967 my clients
were notified that their request had been denied.
My clients request a re -hearing of this matter and offer to pay
the additional costs of publication for said hearing.
The new evidence will show support for said trailer court, an
adequate supply of water, and that the large ditch lateral passing
through said proposed trailer court will be adequately taken care of
and no user of said ditch will be deprived of any vested rights.
