A TERM OF FOUR YEARS TO EXPIRE JULY 22, 1965:
WHEREAS, the term of Arthur D. King as a member of the Welu
County Planning Commission will expire on the 22nd aay of July, 1961, ano
WHEREAS, that, under authority of Article 2, Chapter 106, Colorado
Revised Statutes, 1953, as amended by the 42nd General Assembly, there shall
be four members, excepting the Chairman ofthe Board of County Commissioners,
of the Wela County Planning Conaission.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Bodrd of County Commissioners
Welo County, Colorado, that Arthur D. King be ano he is hereby re -appointed
as a Member of the Wela County Planning Commission to serve for a term of four
years, to expire July 22, 1965.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
