DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
MAGNUSON SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public in
the Magnuson Subdivision, being a tract of land in the South Half (Si-) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SE) of said Section 36,
Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M. and considering
the South line of said Section 36 to bear South 88° 20" West and
with all bearings contained relative thereto:
Thence South 88° 58' 20" West along the South line of said
Section 36, 1,653.10 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing South 88° 58' 20" West along the South line
of said Section 36 375.90 feet; Thence North 18° 25' 00"
East, 568.47 feet; Thence North 89° 25' 00" East, 181.33 feet;
Thence South 1° 36' 00" East, 534.68 feet to the True Point
of Beginning:
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the
public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided
however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets,
roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
