The School District wishes to advise the Commissioners that it has no intention of developing , as indi- vidual lots , Lots 3 , 4 and 5 of Block 1 and Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 , Meadow Acres Subdivision , portions of which lots are contained within the proposed site for the new elementary school . Since these lots are not being developed, individually , there should not be a problem as far as lack of access to these lots. If in the future , it is legally and practically possible for the School District to vacate the portions of lots of Meadow Acres Sub- division within the boundary of such school property known as Parcel B, the School District will proceed by petition to the County Com- missioners for this vacation. Since construction has been scheduled to begin May 1 , it is not prac- tical at this time to request a vacation of these lots prior to the construction of the new elementary school. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Very tr91you , KAROTAwry VI FL OLDO3URG- Charles A. The Commission recommended approval of the replat request conditioned upon the following. The plat needs to be amended to extend the lot lines to the center of 47th Avenue Court and West 21st Street Road, since these streets have already been vacated. Additionally, a note needs to be placed on the plat identifying the County Commissioners ' action vacating the streets. Thank you for the opportunity to review this referral .
