HomeMy WebLinkAbout690387• DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY PETERSON SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of - way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in Peterson Subdivision, First Filing, being a Subdivision located in the Southwest Quarter (SWI) of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., more particularly described as follows; to -wit: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 16 and considering the South line of the Southwest Quarter (SWI) of said Section 16 to bear North 90°00'00" East and with all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto: Thence North 00°05'30" West, along the West line of the Southwest Quarter (SW+) of said Section 16, 220.31 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 34 By-pass; thence along said North right-of-way line by the following three (3) courses and distances; North 89°54'30" East, 26.98 feet; South 31°35'45" Eat, 141.30 feet; North 90°00'00" East, 337.30 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 00°00'00" East, 443.62 feet; thence North 90°00'00" East, 884.16 feet; thence South 02°00'00" East, 453.90 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 34 By-pass; thence along said North right-of-way line by the following three (3) courses and distances: South 90°00'00" West, 208.50 feet; North 00°00'00" East, 10.00 feet; South 90°00'00" West, 691.50 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 9.131 acres, m/l. and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
