Home My WebLink About640227.tiffVACATION AND REDEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY WESTVIEW ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF KEENESBURG: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby vacate said plat and dedication of the Westview Addition to the Town of Keenesburg, Weld County, Colorado, as recorded July 14, 1961, in Book 9 of Maps at page 167, Map file number 739, Weld County Records, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they accept the re -dedication of perpetual right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highway', easements in behalf of the public, for the Westview Addition to the Town of Keenesburg, being a tract of land situate in that part of Section 26, Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the present Town limits and on the South r/w line of Broadway, 530' W of the NE corner of Block 33, in Keenesburg Heights Addition as platted and recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder; Thence S 89°56'30" W 552'; thence N 00°15'30" W 471.00' to the S line of the r/w of U. S. Hwy No. 6; thence along said south line of hwy No. 6 N 64°48'30" E 617'; thence N 75°55'00" E 502.4'; thence S 74°01'00" E 38'; thence S 73°49'40" E 83.3'; thence N 32°51'00" E 151'; thence N 56°18'30" E 748.36',m/l, to the E line of the NW4 of said Section 26; thence S 00°24'30" W along the E line of the NW4 of said Sec 26, 781'; m/1, to a point, said point being 40' N of the S r/w line extended E of N 1st St in Keenesburg Heights. Addition as platted and recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder; thence S 89°56'30" W along a line parallel to and 40' N of the S r/w line of N 1st St. a distance of 940', m/l, to the center of the alley extended N in Block 24, Keenesburg Heights Addition; thence S 00°15'30" W 1,060' along the center of the alley to the S line of Lot 19, Block 33; thence S 89°56'30" W 380' to the present Town limits line; thence N 00°15'30" W 490' to the true point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and fpproved for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
