HomeMy WebLinkAbout640095.tiffRESIGNATION OF WILLIAM DERSHAM AS A MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH: WHEREAS, William Dersham has submitted his resignation as a member of the Weld County Board of Health, and WHEREAS, Mr. Dersham was appointed by this Board to fill the unexpired term of Ben F. Counter on May 17, 1961, and was reappointed on April 18, 1962, for a term of five years, and WHEREAS, William Dersham has served continuously on this Board with distinction at a great sacrifice to himself in ---time and money, and by his wise counsel has contributed greatly in public service to the County as a member of the Weld County Board of Health. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the resignation of William Dersham be and it is hereby accepted. Mr. Dersham has not been able to attend very many meetings and since he wishes to be replaced I feel that possibly you can find someone who can give more time to this pos- ition. At the meeting today of the Weld County Board of Health the members were all present except Mr. Dersham and they all felt too that perhaps you could find someone who could be appointed for the remainder of Mr. Dersham's term, which runs until May 1, 1967.
