impossible to.open road on section line. If right of way should be granted near said line to
avoid this difficulty, viewers recommend the granting of said road.

OPENING OF PUBLIC ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBYtIVEN that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from April 8th 19 21direct the proper officer to open
and work, as a public highway,the road prayed for in a petition filed at the office
of said Commissioners on the 4th day of fkatober A D., 19.24, said
road being described as follows, to-wit:

West on the south line of said section 1402 feet to the east bank
of ro. 2 Canal; thence North-westerly along the east bank of
said canal to a point 40 feet north of the south line of said sec-
tion; thence East on a line parallel to and 40 feet north of the

south line of said section', to the east line thereof; thence South
on the east line of said section 40 feet to the point of beginning.
Said land hereby conveyed is for the purpose of establishing
thereon a public highway, and whenever the same shall cease to be
used for said purposes the same shall_ revert to the parties of the
