MEMBER OF WELD COUNTY HEALTH BOARD
TERM EXPIRES MAY 23, 1972:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did appoint Niles S. Miller
a member of the Weld County Health Board for a term of three years ending
May 23, 1967,
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Niles S. Miller be reappointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Niles S. Miller be and he is hereby reappointed
as a member of the Weld County Health Board for a period of five years ending,
May 23, 1972.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

This is to remind you that Mr. Niles S. Miller's appoint-
ment as a member of the Board of Health of Weld County,
will end as of May 23, 1967.
At the regular meeting of the Board of Health held on
Monday, May 8, 1967, a resolution was unanimously passed
that the Board members would like to have Mr. Miller
re -appointed for a five year term.
We are sure that Mr. Miller will continue to be a great
asset to the Weld County Health Department.
