The Colorado Civil Defense Agency proposes to establish a local
government base radio station on 45.4MC which is presently used by Weld
County.
Such a station would permit contacting the State Civil Defense
Headquarters in emergencies.
Your concurrence in use of this frequency is requested. Please
sign and return two copies of this letter for use in applying for license.
