NOTICE OF HEARING
ON PETITIONS
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That there were filed in
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on the ena day of
1965, Petitions entitled "In Re the Organization of
Central Weld County Water District, Weld County, Colorado", which
Petitions pray for the organization of a water district. Said
Petitions are now on file at the office of the Clerk of the Dis-
trict Court of Weld County, Colorado, in Greeley, Colorado, and
are available for public inspection.
The purpose of the District is to supply water for
domestic purposes by any available means for said District and
the inhabitants thereof by providing a complete water supply,
storage, treatment, transmission and distribution system, together
with all necessary incidental and appurtenant facilities.
The estimated cost of the proposed water improvements
is the amount of $7,000,000.
The proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, and is described as follows:
