A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 67 WEST TO
LOUIS LEE:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is
hereby authorized to sign Quit Claim Deed conveying to Louis Lee a
parcel of land in Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 67 West, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit'
Located in the EZ of the NE+ of Section 30, Township 3
Range 67: Beginning at a point 338' East of the SW corner
of said property, thence North and East for a distance of
1690' along a fence (this fence separating the farm land
from the pasture land) thence South along the East property
lin a distance of 60', thence West and South, paralleling
pasture fence, 1680', thence West along South property line
60' to the point of beginning.
Reference is hereby made to the Weld County Clerk and RE-
corders records, Book/,/2 at Page 443
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

THIS DEED, Made this Twenty-seventh day of June, in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-two, between WELD COUNTY, a
municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Colorado,
by the BOARD CF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its respective interests, of the
COUNTY CF WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and LOUIS LEE,
of the COUNTY OF WELD, and STATE CF COLORADO, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in consideration
of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to the said
party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does re-
mise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the
second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described real estate
situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to -wit:
Located in the E - of the NE-- - of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range
67: Beginning at a point 338 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said property, thence North and East for a distance of 1690 feet along
a fence (this fence separating the farm land from the pasture land)
thence South along the East property line a distance of 60 feet, thence
West and South, paralleling pasture fence, 1680 feet, thenee West along
South property line 60 feet to the point of beginning.
To have and to Hold the same, together with all and singular the appur-
tenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining
and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said
party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behobf of the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this twenty-seventh day of June, A. D. 1962, by
WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD CF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its respective
interests.
