Referring to your letter of March 13, 1914, relative to

nil proposed road on our right of way at Wild Cat.
I am attaching a print herewith that shows the

' road that you mention in your letter reaching our right of way near
M.P. 38, just a short distance west of Wild Cat station. From this
are' print I have shown in dotted yellow line, a road 20 feet wide situa-
L ted on and about parallel with our right of way line, extending to
the north and south lotion line between Sections 3 and 4, Twp. 3 N.

I ' We will lease this portion of our right of way for a high-

way to the County provided they will arrange for a road across a
portion of the NW. of Section 3, Two. 3 N. R. 67 W, outside of our
1 property line as Indiapted on print, they also to build the necessary
bridge across draw west of our Bridge 38-A. We could not spare any
' of our right of way for a road in the NW4 of section 3, as we are not

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
