WHEREAS, the Southeast Weld Pest Control,p1strict (No. 4), the Platte
Valley Pest Control District (No. 5) and the Eaton -Ault Pest Control District
(No. 6) have voted in favor of the continuation of said districts, and
WHEREAS, the counting board have certified the ballot to be true and
accurate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned Pest Control Districts be and
the same are hereby extended for a period ending December 31, 1972.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes

date of the two named districts to December 31, 1972, have been
counted by the counting board. The results are as follows:

and 38 against extending the date to December 31, 1972.
The Eaton -Ault Pest Control District voted 374 in favor and
46 against extending the date to December 31, 1972.
