PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN THE CITY OF GREELEY,
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
Whereas, certain new territory has beer annexed to the City of Greeley,
and,
Whereas, Ward Three, Precinct Four has Trown to exceed the legal registration_
limit, and,
Whereas, it appears essential that changes be made in the boundaries of
certain precincts and a new precinct established, and
Whereas, it is desirable and necessary that the Bard of County
Commissioners of Weld County now consider, determine and establish
such modifications in the Election Precincts of the City of Greeley;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT
WARD THREE, PRECINCT FIVE
Shall comprise all that part of the City of Greeley bounded by the
following described lines: Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of
Section 18, Township 5 N. Range 65 West of the 6th. P.M.; thence South
along the East line of the North•West Quarter of said Section 18,Township
5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. to the center of said Section 18;
thence East on the South line of said Section 18 (which is also the center
line of Twenty —Fourth Street extended) to a point which is its intersection
with the center line of Thirteenth Avenue; thence South on the center line
of Thirteenth Avenue to its point of intersection with the center line of
Twenty —Fifth Street; thence West along the center line of Twenty— Fifth
Street to its point of intersection with the center line of Seventeenth
Avenue; thence West and Southwest on the center line of Twenty —Fifth
Street to the center line of Nineteenth Avenue; thence West and North-West
on the center line of Twenty —Fifth Street to the center line of TwentyFirst
Avenue; thence South and in a Southerly direction along the center line of
Twenty —First Avenue to its point of- intersection with Twenty Eighth
Street which_ is. alsoa point on the- City Lhnit line; thence West and
North -lest on the said Greeley City Limit line to its point of intersection
with the center line of Reservoir Road; thence in a, Northeasterly direction

along the center line of Reservoir Road to a point on the East line of
Twenty -Third Avenue;thence North 75 feet, more or less, to the•South-West
corner of Tract A of Heinze= Glenmere-Crest and the North right-of-way line
of Reservoir Road; thence Southeasterly along the South line of said Tract A
and the North right-of-way line of Reservoir Road 301.25 feet to the
South East corner of said Tract A and the West right-of-way line of
Twenty -Second Avenue ; thence North along the East line of said Tract A
and the West right-of-way line of Twenty -Second Avenue 125.4 feet; thence
East 560 feet to the South -East Corner of Lot 1, Block 7 Heinze-Glenjnere-Crest
and the West right-of-way line of Twenty -First Avenue; thence North along
the West right-of-way line of Twenty -First Avenue 150 feet to the center
line of Twenty -Third Street; thence West along said center line 105 feet;
thence North 150 feet to the North-East corner of Lot 11, Block 6 Heinze-
Qenmere-(rest; thence West 3n0 Not to the North-East corner of Lot 8,

North -Fast corner of Anderson's alenmere Addition and the North line of
the North West Quarter of said Section 18;thence East along said Forth
line of the North lest Quarter 121.5 feet to the North Quarter Corner of
said Section 18 which is the point of beginning.
EXCEPTION: From this area will be -excepted that described by the
Resolution adopted by the Weld County Bard of Ceunty Commissioners on
April 10, 1968 and designated as Precinct Sixteen A ( 16 A)
