DEDICATION OF A PUBLIC ROAD
LOCATED IN THE NWjSW4 OF SECTION 32,
TOWNSHIP 6 N., RANGE 65 W.:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of a public road situated in the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW -SW*) of Section 32, Township 6 N.,
Range 65 W. of the 6th P. M. in Weld County, State of Colorado, and
'BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat be accepted and
approved for filing, and said public road thereon shown be accepted by the County
of Weld provided, however, that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of
the public road after it has been constructed by the sole owner, John Ells, Jr.,
according to Weld County Road District No. One specifications and not lythe County
of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Moved by Elmer Shultz that the following resolution be introduced for passage by
the Weld County Planning Commission.
Be it resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that they recom-
mend to the Honorable Board of County Commissioners that the Dedication
by John Ells, Jr., of an Eighty (80) foot Right-of-way opposite Monfort
Packing Plant on Highway 85 in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the
Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section 32, Township d'North, Range 65
West of the 6th P. M., in Weld County, Colorado, to 11th Avenue North,
be accepted when a road is built by the property owner according to the
specifications of the Colorado State Highway Department, and the proper
drainage problems are made in order to the Specifications of the Weld
County Health Department, the Colorado State Highway Department and the
County of Weld:
