VANTAGE ACRES, NO. 1:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way over
the public roads, streets, highways and easements in Vantage Acres, No. 1, in
Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the public, more particularly described
as follows:
That portion of the SE4 of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P. M., Beginning at a point on the South line
of said SE4, said point of beginning being 920.19' West of the
SE corner of said Sec 17, thence N 40'; thence N 14°03' E a
distance of 1225.5'; thence N 26°10' E a distance 686.46'; thence N 36°
02' E a distance of 504.14'; thence N 0°25' E a distance of 375.5'
to a point on the North line of said SEt; thence N 89°44' W a
distance of 1260.65' to the NE corner of the NE-SE4 of said Sec 17;
thence S 0°27' W along the West line of the NESE4 a distance of
530'; thence N 89°44' W a distance of 1300.9' to a point on the
West line of said SE4 of said Sec 17; thence S 0°30' W a distance
of 2110' along the West line of said SE4 of Sec 17 to a point on
the South line of said SE -f; thence East along the South line of
said sal a distance of 1684.76' to the point of beginning;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
