talked with Mr ndersonst spring about the changes that were being made

There are some methods by which the diversions could be accomplished
without going back under the bridge and putting in the structures that were
taken out without Bijou's consent. It might be well for either you or someone
in authority to arrange to discuss this with our people soon, as we must not be
in a position of having lost water by reason of the change of this construction.
It would appear from the contract that certain rights do inure to the Bijou
system and this should have:,been.'aken into consideration at the time Weld
County made the changes in this bridge.
