ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
FIRST ADDITION TO BRENCKLE SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over
the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in the
First Addition Brenckle Subdivision, being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW4-)
of the Southeast Quarter (SEe) of Section 9, Township 5, North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P. M., mole particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the South Quarter Corner of (S-4kCor.) of said Section
9, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., Thence North
90°00'00" East along the South line of said Section 9, 132.00 feet
to the southwest corner of Brenckle Subdivision as recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder, Weld County, Colorado; Thence North
00°01'00" West along the West line of said subdivision 180.00 feet
to the northwest corner of said Brenckle Subdivision; Thence North
90°00'00" East along the North line of said subdivision 196.16 feet
to the northeast corner of Lot 2 of said Brenckle Subdivision, which
point is the true point of beginning; Thence North 00°00'00" East
150.00 feet; Thence North 90°00'00" East 340.00 feet; Thence South
00°00'00" East 200.00 feet to the most easterly northeast corner
of the aforementioned Brenckle Subdivision; Thence North 90°00'00"
West along the North line of said subdivision 290.00 feet to the
northwest corner of Lot 12 in said Brenckle Subdivision; Thence
North 00°00'00" East along the East line of said Brenckle Subdivision
50.00 feet to the most westerly northeast corner of said Brenckle
Subdivision; Thence North 90°00'00" West along the North line of
said subdivision 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
