WITH JOHN KLINE:
WHEREAS, John Kline has submitted an agreement for trash removal from
the Weld County Court House, Weld County Jail and Weld County Nursing Home at a
rate of Sixty Do11'.rs ($60.00) per month for a term beginning June 1, 1964 and
ending May 31, 1965, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to accept said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that an agreement for trash removal, as submitted by John
Kline, be and it is hereby accepted as submitted, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

I, John kl.ine agree to hqu]- Rubbish on the following terms, at the
rate of $60.00 per month. There will be a minimum fee charged in case
of a change in City Ordinance Law charging Trash Haulers for dumping
in City Duran.
W1 LD COUNTY COU}?T HOUbE
1. Parer from Court House 5 days a week.
2. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
3. Any furniture boxes, the company which brings them there will be
responsible for disposal.
4. Any new additional buildings used by ':'geld County Court House will
be charged in accordance to amount of trash hauled. Any remodeling
will be taken care of by contractors.
WELD COUkTY JAIL
1. I will haul ashes approximately seven or eight months or when
nessecary.
2. Ashes will be on the outside of building. At any time I am notified,
will remove a.sn.es.
3. I will empty barrels three times a week or when nessecary.
. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
WELD COUNTY NURSING YOAE
T. I will empty barrels twice a month.
2.- II will haul cans, and al4he-e only.
3. Ash cans will be near or close to the alley for hauling.
4. Any remodeling will be extra charge.
I agree to these terms to haul for this amount for the term of one
year starting June 1, 1964. At the time of May 31, 1965, 1 will submit
another agreement.
