PORTION OF NE4: 12-5-66(16th St)
FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, as
submitted by the First Church of the Nazarene, said tract of land located in the
Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M.,
Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Considering the South line of the NEt of said Section 12 as bearing
N 89°59'10" West and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto;
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE4 of said Sec 12; Thence
North 89°59'10" West along the South line of the NE4 of said
Sec 12, a distance of 1,475.00'; thence N 00°00'50" East,
30.00' to the true point of beginning; thence continuing North
00°00'50" East, 20.00'; thence South 89°59'10" East, parallel
to ani 50 feet measured at right angles to the South line of the
NEl of said Section 12, a distance of 348.47'; thence along the
arc of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 721.89';
a distance of 180.00' whose long chord bears South 82'50'35" East
179.53'; thence South 00°11'00" West, 20.63'; thence along the
arc of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 701.89',
a distance of 180.05' whose long chord bears North 82°38'15" West,
179.55'; thence North 89°59'10" West, parallel to and 30 feet
measured at right angles to the South line of the NE4 of said
Sec 12, a distance of 348.47' to the true point of beginning;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be approved for filing, and the
public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided,
however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads
and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the sole owner according
to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
