WHEREAS, after receiving the deed, Albert Schmeeckle never did record
said evidence of conveyance due to the fact that same was either lost or destroyed,
and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be to the best interests of the County
to have the above mentioned property listed correctly on the tax rolls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners,
Meld County, Colorado, hereby sign Quit Claim Deed of above mentioned property to
Albert Schmeeckle, said Deed shall read as follows: "This deed executed and given
to replace previous deed which was lost and never recorded."
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

second part; WITNESSETH, That the said part y of the first part, and for and in consideration of
the sum of
Other valuable considerations and Ten Dollars,
to the said part y of the first part in hand paid by the said part y of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and
QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents do es remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM
unto the said part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part ha s in and to the following described
real estate situate, lying and being in the County of WELD and State of Colorado, to -wit:
Lot Eight (8), in Block Seven ('7), in Baldwin and Whittier
Addition to the Town of Raymer, Weld County, Colorado.
THIS DEED EXECUTED AND GIVEN TO REPLACE PREVIOUS DEED
WHICH WAS LOST AND NEVER RECORDED.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and priv-
ileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever, of the said part y of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said part yof the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
