-Notice is hereby given that the County Commissioners of the County
of Weld will, in sixty days from July 11th, 1 14 , 190 , direct the
proper officer to open and work, as a public highway, the road prayed for
in a petition filed at the office of said Commissioners on the 6 id,
day of $ , A. D. eS ; said road being described as follows,
to-wit:
Beginning at The South-west corner of Section 34, Township 2
forth of Range 65. ruing East to tile—Seth quarto-r—eor o e Io

Road, through center of Suction 3, Township 1 North of Range 65 West.
And the said Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a
public highway from and after said sixty days.
