WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by resolution has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners that Section III, Use and
Density Schedules; Section VI Supplementary Regulations; Section VIII Amendments
of the Zoning Resolution, be amended, and,
WHEREAS, said amendments are attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution by reference, and,
WHEREAS, The Weld County Planning Commission by resolution has recommended
to the Board of County Commissioners that Section III, Design Standards;
Section III A Improvements, of the Subdivision Regulations be amended, and,
WHEREAS, said amendments are attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution by reference, and,
WHEREAS, The Weld County Planning Commission by resolution has recommended
to the Board of County Commissioners that Section 1, Purpose and Section XV
Supervision Penalties of the Mobile Home and Mobile ?Hate Park Regulations, be
amended, and,
WHEREAS, said amendments are attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution by reference, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners approve said amendments in their
entirety,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLD that the amendments to Section III, Use and
Density Schedules; Section VI Supplementary Regulations; Section VIII Amendments
of the Zoning Resolution; and the amendments to Section III, Design Standards;
to Section IIIA, Improvements, of the Subdivision Regulations; and the amendments
to Section 1, Purpose and Section XV Supervision Penalties of the Mobile Home
and Mobile Hcmte Park Regulations as shown on the attached exhibits, be and the
same are hereby adopted.
