ELECTRIC SERVICE AGREEMENT
/THIS AGREEMENT, made at Brighton., Colorado, this a day of
/fix , 19 68 , by and between PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO (its
successors and assigns), hereinafter referred to as "Company", and
WILD COUNTY SHOPS
(administrators, executors, heirs, successors and assigns), hereinafter referred to as "Customer", for the supply and use
of Electric Service on the premises of Customer, Witnesseth:
Customer has requested Company to provide electric service on the premises of Customer located at
110 V. Riney 2 a %aoaaaburg
For a load consisting of
Lighting and /gall motors
Largest Motor
which Customer represents to be the requirements, in the form of aingls phase alternating current at
approximately sixty cycles and 120/240
volts, necessary for satisfactory operation of Customer's equipment.
The Company agrees to supply and Customer agrees to pay for electric service and electric energy in accordance
with Company's schedule of rates, terms, conditions, rules, and regulations, together with such supplements thereto
and revisions thereof which are legally in effect and applicable to class of service requested. It is mutually agreed that
the rate schedule now applicable to the service requested is set forth on sheet numbered 43
of Colorado P. U. C. No 2 , PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO.
Customer agrees to notify the Company, in writing, of any changes in Customer's operating conditions which may
affect or alter the terms of this agreement or the applicability of the rate specified herein, and the Company shall in
no way be held liable for the determination of any such changes.
Service under this agreement shall commence on date service is connected, which date shall be not later than
thirty days after Company notifies customer that the service requested hereunder is available. The Company makes
no promise or representation as to the date of availability of service.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties hereto have caused their names to be subscribed by their respective
authorized agents, the day and year first above written.
