I, JAMES H. SHELTON, being the duly elected, qualified, and
acting District Attorney in and for the Nineteenth Judicial District in
the State of Colorado, do hereby appoint JOHN J. ALTHOF'F, of Greeley,
Colorado, ROBERT A. BEHRMAN, of Greeley, Colorado, THOMAS A. RICHARDSON,
of Greeley, Colorado, ALVIN L. STEINMARK, of Greeley, Colorado, and
WILLIAM L. WEST, of Greeley, Colorado, as my Deputies in and for said
Nineteenth Judicial District, said appointment to commence on the 14th day
of January, A.D. H69, and to continue during my term of office, unless
sooner terminated; and I do hereby request the Judges of the District Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial District to fix the compensation of each of said
Deputies at the sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) each year, to
be paid in twelve equal monthly installments out of the general fund of
Weld County, Colorado.

We, the Judges of the District Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
District of the State of Colorado, do hereby approve the appointment of
and fix the compensation for the services of JOHN J. ALTHOFF, ROBERT A. BERMAN,
THOMAS A. RICHARDSON, ALVIN L. STLINMARK, and WILLIAM L. WEST,
as Deputies to the District Attorney of the Nineteenth Judicial District,
as Seven Thousand Dollars O7,000.00) each per annum, to be paid in
twelve equal monthly installments out of the general fund of Weld County,
Colorado, beginning January 14, 1963.

We the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
do hereby approve the salary of each of the above -named Deputies,
