ROAD-VIEWERS' REPORT.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners Weld County, Colorado :
GENTLEMEN :—
Your viewers appointed on the Fifteenth day of Notember
19055 to view a county road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your Honorable body on the above
named day and date,a copy of which has been received by us, viz.: Commencing at* terminus of old
county road in the center of the N. W. I of Sec. 8, Tp. 3N. , Range 68
West and run thence due west and along the quarter quarter section line
a distance of one quarter of a mile to the section line between sections
.7 and 8==3==68, thence south one quarter of a mile and along section line
between the S.E.f N.E.f of section 7 and the S.W.• of N.W.+ section 8 to
the one half section line running east and west through the center of
said sections 7 and 8, thence running due west one mile and along one half
section line in said section 7 , terminating on county line.

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet
We therefore petition your honorable b 00itib,,to be laid out and opened a County rdattifts above de-
scribed, and we, the owners of the land throw *G ieh said road is sought to be laid out, in#,sigeration, of the
sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby se to
give the right of way through'our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, an a quish all
claims for damage by reason thereof.
