Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
$1.00 and other valuable considerations ZdakUlaS,
to the said part y of the first part in hand paid by the said part y of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, ha remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT-CLAIMED, and by these presents do e S remise, release, sell,
succecsors
convey and QUIT-CLAIM unto the said part y of the second part, i t s/ vac and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part ha s in and to the following described 1 and
situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
A right of way for public highway 60 feet in width, being
30 feet on each side of and parallel with the following describ—
ed centerline , to—wit: Beginning at the West end of the new
Hyles bridge whence the Souht s corner of Section 12 lwp. 5
North, Rang 65 West of the 6th P.M. in Weld County, Wolorado
bears S. 60- 27 'E. 2193 feet distant thence N. 73'-36'W.
61.5 feet to point of curve ; thence on a 60 curv$ to the
right 309.7 feet to point of tangent ; tnence N.57 — 01'W.
254.8 feet to the center line of the present road; said parcel
of land containing .86 acres.
The actual consideration paid for said parcel of land
being vacation of the right of way for the old road between
the termination of the above described parcel of land and the
West. end of the old Hyles bridge , which said specified old
right of way has been conveyed by second party herein unto
first party by quit—claim deed.

To Have and to Hold the Same, Together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said part y
of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said part y of the second part, hi S
heirs and assigns, forever.
