GRANTING VARIANCE FOR THE STEWART MOBILE HOME PARK:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
has been fully advised by the Weld County Planning Commission in relation to a
request for a variance for less than the minimum requirement of five acres for
the Stewart Mobile Home Park situate in Weld County, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter (NWT)
of the Northwest Quarter (NWT) and considering the West line of the
Northwest Quarter (NWI) of the Northwest Quarter (NWT) of said
Section 6 to bear N 00°00'00" East and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto:
Thence N 00°00'00" East along the W line of the NWTNW4 of said
Section 6 a distance of 497.25'; there e N 89°31'00" East 50';
thence S 00°00'00" W 464.67'; thence S 90°00'00" East 254.32';
thence N 00°33'00" East 466.88'; thence N 89°31'00" East 30';
thence S 00°33'00" W 500.13'; thence N 90°00'00" W 334' to the
point of beginning; being a portion of the SWTNWTNWT of Section 6,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County,
Colorado;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the variance for the Stewart Mobile Home Park as
recommended by the Weld County Planning Commission be concurred in and it is
hereby granted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
