TO CANCEL TAX SALE CERTIFICATE
NUMBER 321:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, has requested
authorization to cancel County Certificate Number 321 of the 1963 tax sale
for the taxes of 1962 on Improvements on the Southwest Quarter of Section 34,
Township 2 North, Range 68 with the taxes for 1963 to 1966 endorsed thereon, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interest of the County to cancel said tax sale
certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Francis M. Loustalet, be and
he is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate Number 321 of 1963
for the taxes on 1962 on Improvements on the Southwest Quarter of Section 34,
Township 2 North, Range 68 with the taxes for 1963 to 1966 endorsed thereon.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sirs:
County Certificate No. 257 of the 1957 tax sale was issued
to the County for the taxes of 1956 on Imps on R R r/w Keota, and
the taxes for 1957 to 1966 inclusive have been endorsed thereon,
and County Certificate No. 321 of the 1963 tax sale was issued
to tre County for the taxes of 1962 on Imps on SW1/4: Sec 34 T2 R68,
and the taxes for 1963 to 1966 inclusive have been endorsed thereon.
As the Imps have been removed and will no longer be assessed, the
certificates have no value, I, therefore, request a resolution
authorizing the County Treasurer to cancel County Certificate No.
257 of the 1957 tax sale and County Certificate No. 321 of the 1963
tax sale.
