GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to wit: Commencing at Nebraska & Colorado State Line between sections 19 & 20,Town I2 N.Range 58 W. Burling South Between 29 & 30,-3I & 32, Into town II N.Range 58 W. Between sections 5 & 6 ,-7 & 8,-I7 & I8,-I9 & 20,Then Test 3/4of the mile between sections 23 & 26 Torn II N. Pangs 59 W.Then cutting the corner of said 23 sufficent to miss rough ground,Thense North between sections 22 & 23—I4 &I5,-I0 & II ,- 2 & 3,- Into Torn I2N.Pange 59 W.Between Sections 34 & 35 ,-26 & 27,-22&23. To StateLine 3 miles West of starting point. Said road to be not less than sixty(60)feet in width.
