Dear Mr. Schultz:
I have personally inspected the location for a
proposed feed lot being planned by Mr. Freis; located
three miles south and five miles east of Mead.
The feed lot will be located more than 660 feet
from the road and meets all requirements of zoning.
It is my opinion that it would be satisfactory to
locate the commercial feed lot in this area, upon the
approval of the County Commissioners.

THE PLANNING COMMISSION _OCATING A
FEED LOT IN SEC 30, TWP 3 N, RGE 67 W:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission,
attached and made a part of this resolution, be concurred in and said petition of Milton
Freis be granted as follows:
Locating a commercial feed lot on a plot of ground described as follows
East 2 NE- and NE4SE4 of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of
the 6th P. M., approximately three miles South and five miles East of Mead,
Colorado: said commercial feed lot to meet all zoning regulations.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
