property to A. L. bilhurn, to -wit:
Lot 4, Block 4. Great Western Addition to the Town of Johnstown, to -
nether with that portion of a frame buildino located thereon, SUBJECT,
however. to the condition that the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assinns. willbuild and maintain a petition wall between that
portion of the buildino located on said Lot 4 and the portion of the
h�ildinn lyinn East of said Lot Q so long as the county of Weld,caolorado,
owns that portion of the buildinc lyino Past of said Lot 4. This provi-
sion may he enforced by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, through any Court of competent Jurisdiction and the said party
of the second part, his heirs ana assicns, agrees that all of-theexpense
thereof, including reasonable attorrey fee for the Board of County Commis-
sioners in connection therewith shall be paid by the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns.
The sum of One Thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars is hereby recocnzed under
receipt number 17614 dated December 27, 1960.

NOTICE OF SALE
The following described real estate will be offered for sale on
the 27thday of DECEMBER , 196 0 , to -wit:
Lot Four (4), Block Four (4), Great Western Addition
to the Town of Johnstown, Weld County, Colorado,
together with that portion of a frame building
located thereon.
Said property is to be sold upon the condition that the purchaser,
his heirs and assigns, will build and maintain a partition between that
portion of the building located on said Lot 4 and the portion of the building
lying East of said Lot 4 so long as the County of Weld, State of Colorado,
owns that portion of said building lying East of said Lot 4.
Sealed bids for said property will be accepted from and after the
first publication of this notice and up to the 27tialay of DFCFMBFR
1960 , at 10:00 o'clock A. M., at which time said bids will be opened at the
office of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, in the
Courthouse at Greeley. All bids should be addressed to the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County Courthouse, Greeley, Colorado. The Board of
County Commissioners hereby reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
